Click NEXT and you’ll be asked to sign up for an OP account, or sign in if you have one.
If you have created a new account, you may have to click the Back button to refresh the screen and get to the next window.
Answer a few more questions (Ones with an asterix are the only ones you need to answer).
This will set the wheels in motion, and the next thing you can expect will be an email confirmation followed in a few days by a letter in the mail.
